Program/Project Manager

We're looking for a PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER with strong and proven communication and organization skills, as well as attention to detail, to interface and drive interactions with multiple teams inside the world's leading software corporation. Candidate will be coordinating and managing activities related to the onboarding, allocation, and distribution of Servers for online services.

Ability to work in Excel and some SQL experience a plus, as there is some reporting activity involved as well.

TASKS:

- Coordinate with multiple teams to meet deadlines related to onboarding, releasing, or moving their services across Servers in different datacenters, as new machines arrive or are decommissioned.
- Track and update the allocation and usage of machines.
- Provide reports on the status of the capacity per datacenter and per team.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Great communication skills (email and meetings)
- Ability to put a plan together and execute on it
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Experience to coordinate activities across multiple teams
- Exposure to the following preferred: TFS, Product Studio, Excel, accessing databases (SQL) from Excel
- Experience with online services/agile development environment a plus

This contract position is expected to be 9 months in duration.
