For our banking client we are currently looking for a

Program Portfolio Liaison

Start date: 01/05/2017
Duration: 11 Months
Location: Zurich

Your tasks:

- To provide portfolio governance and support for bank's technology programs.
- Understand the business side of technology investments, able to understand the connections between program plans, program status and deliverables.
- Provide oversight, support and control of the Change Portfolio and highlight quality assessment and issues
- Supply high quality reporting and analysis of program status and financial data to meet planned requirements
- Ensure that internal and external requirements and requests for information are addressed and met to a high standard
- Work across various work streams and other key, business stakeholders to ensure the proper internal controls are in place

The ideal candidate shall bring:

- Proven strong client management skills, particularly at a senior level
- The ability to convert "data" to actionable management information
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and data quality
- A comfort level with technical skills and exposure to new systems, understand how technology can serve the business
- A wide vantage point, you can see how Finance, Change management and IT work together
- Created, standard, repeatable reporting models that accurately reflect the status of the change portfolio
- Led teams, direct reports or matrixed teams, to develop a strategy and deliver it
- Familiar with PMO reporting and tools
- Well organized
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to effectively manage multiple, complex initiatives and conflicting priorities
- A leader when it comes to handling change and working with global teams
- A strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- An expert at building networks and connections

Must have skills:

- Familiarity with PMO function and Portfolio governance workings at the management level
- Broad understanding of IT functions, processes and organizations
- Familiarity with major functions of Finance organization
- Experience in working in global, enterprise IT management environment
- Strong commercial skills
