PROGRAM MANAGER with AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE- min 8-10 years experience- around 85K-95K depending on experience

Responsibilites
Overall program responsibility for the realization of Infotainment Programs according to PLM process
Responsibility to deliver the product according to agreed targets (schedule, budget, quality)
Control and optimize project costs (eg BOM, BOL, development, qualification, production preparation)
Top level planning and controlling with respect to schedule and budget
Steering of Team1 and related sub-teams
Close technical alignment with functional departments and operations
Active steering during RFI/RFQ-phase to compile feasibility studies and to complete product performance specifications
Steering of transition from prototyping to production incl. industrialization and ramp-up concerning product development
Change Management (internal/external CCBs)
Maintenance support after SOP days
Regular meetings with OEM customers for all aspects of technical status, program progress and product alignment
Reporting towards customers and internally incl. management board (CEO level)

Skills
University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or appropriate graduation)
Minimum 8 years of experience in project or line management (team size >15 project or team members)
Ability to manage very large teams with multi-cultural backgrounds and in several countries
Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies of project management
Technical and commercial English fluently.
Ability to motivate and to communicate
Ability to mediate between conflict parties
Target orientation, results orientation, networking skills
Clear structured mind to organize people in a project team
Willingness to travel
