Program Manager with Operational Tax Management Experience (2293)

For a six months contract at a large bank located in Zurich we are urgently looking for an IT PROGRAM MANAGER WITH OPERATIONAL TAX MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (2293)

We are not looking for a classic Project Manager/Consultant but for a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT WITH SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN OPERATIONAL TAXES.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:

- Manage and coordinate the open operational tax relevant questions resulting from the new legal entity setup in Switzerland front-to-back
- Understand the technical and operational impact resulting from the new setup from an operational tax perspective
- Screen, assess and allocate operational tax relevant issues to the appropriate business division/function
- Identify potential operational tax issues which have not yet been addressed
- Advise the affected functions with regard to the tax technical design of operational tax relevant processes
- Track resolution of issues and proper and timely implementation of operational tax relevant processes in close collaboration with the process owners

YOU SHOULD PROVIDE:

- YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO ANALYZE TAX ISSUES FOR ALL RELEVANT PROCESSES IN OUR CLIENTS
- In-depth knowledge of the organisational structure of large banks in Switzerland
- SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF OPERATIONAL TAXES ACROSS THE DIFFERENT BUSINESS DIVISIONS (Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Global Asset Management)
- Profound understanding of the front-to-back processes affected by operational taxes across the Bank
- Good Project management and communication skills
- Team player with assertiveness
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (ORAL AND WRITTEN)
