Program Manager/Traffic Manager

We're looking for a calm, collected, and highly professional PROGRAM MANAGER who can work well in a dynamic environment. This candidate will act as a Traffic Manager to help manage the project workload, assign resources and take care of the overall project schedules.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Traffic Manager will regularly interface with the Campaign Managers and Product Manager and will oversee the flow of all campaign and other deliverables assigned to the Creative Brand team, from intake to production. Will regularly meet with the Creative Director to look at the project roadmap and discuss resource options. Must be well organized and a stickler for details and process.

DAILY TASKS:

- Updating and maintaining the project schedule and calendar.
- Meeting with the creative team as well as the Campaign Managers to get updated on the projects.
- Organize check-ins on project in progress.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 4-8 years of project management experience
- Master's degree preferred, PMI Certification required
- Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications
- Must be skilled at maintaining a team calendar, monitoring workloads, creating project schedules, maintaining job files, tracking and monitoring progress, routing projects, and when required, do light producing
- Diplomatic skills and professionalism a must
- Experience in a marketing/design group
- SharePoint, Excel, basecamp
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
- Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects
- Organized and details oriented
- High-powered analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
