SENIOR CONSULTING PROGRAM MANAGER, SYSTEM INTEGRATION needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bellevue, WA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivery of complex business solutions on strategic engagements
- Development of objectives, definition of delivery approach (including, but not limited to phasing and content of the program and associated projects) and hands-on daily oversight to ensure successful delivery of the business case benefits.
- Manage program objectives, introduce business capabilities, and prepare for realization of expected program benefits according to the plan
- Track the contribution of each project to the consolidated program outcomes and communicate to the stakeholders regarding the program performance, risks, and issues.
- Oversee and manage the financial health of the program and associated projects to ensure program viability and financial target achievement.
- Manage and motivate people in diverse teams and geographies, including onshore and off-shore teams. This management includes technical teams, customer teams, and vendor teams
- Perform program closure when objectives are met, along with closure of associated projects. Formalize acceptance of the program and project results ensuring that the benefits realization have been achieved.
- Provide expert knowledge and experience with respect to Quality programs (Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.) and business process improvement methodologies

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 15 plus years of CSI (Consulting and Systems Integration) experience within the Telecom Systems Integration industry driving IT SI transformation programs or projects of high complexity
- Must demonstrate sound knowledge of processes and tools used in the performance of the essential functions of the role: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Project Management Methodologies based on PMBOK, SAP, and Clarity.
- Domain Expertise in BSS/OSS, Cloud and TV & Media
- IP and network knowledge
- Must have a proven track record in leading IT/Telecom type of integration engagements, at least 5 years of experience as a program manager
- Must have managed services budgets in excess of $10M USD and/or team sizes greater than 80 resources.
- Strong hands-on financial management skills and business acumen to drive high profit delivery.
- Excellent consulting, facilitation and change management skills.
- Demonstrated Leadership abilities proven through mid-level manager or higher positions.
- Proven ability to drive team engagements in an aggressive and time sensitive environment.
- Must have superior written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness to influence others and meet deadlines while building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiations skills with ability to create 'win-win' outcomes and long-term trust relationships.
- Ability to engage and build trusting relationships with customer C-level and Senior Ericsson leadership
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and problem solve in high stress situations.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline.
- Current PMP certification
