Program Manager - Software Integration Projects

Due to increased project requirements, our client a leading global outsourcing business is searching for an experienced Program Manager to join their busy project team.

This role will suit an experienced Program/Project Manager who leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Must have a minimum of 15 years Telecommunication experience, specializing in large software (not infrastructure) SYSTEM INTEGRATION PROJECTS (BSS/OSS)
- Minimum project value of > $20m, using proven delivery methodologies.
- Experience working for TOP CONSULTING COMPANIES in a Project/Program system Integration role for a large reputable customer account, preferably Telco's.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, PROCESSES AND METHODOLOGIES APPLICABLE TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- Proven track record of building excellent customer relationships and negotiating a win win situation.
- Must be able to articulate and present well to very senior executives and be resilient.

This is a long term contract with an daily rate on offer. This role has close access to public transport and car parking is available at competitive rates. Our client requires an mid October start for this role.
