Program Manager Sharepoint Wiki

The Program Manager will specialize in the area of documentation specialist. Two organizations are coming together and there is a need to understand documentation processes within all the teams, understand documentation needs in each organization, what currently exists and where it's located. At the end of the engagement the Documentation Specialist should be able to recommend a framework for all teams, recommended templates, governance and set the stage for implementing quality framework into the organization.

This organization must adopt a quality framework in order to be able to successfully execute on growing business needs, including a quality certification such as ISO 9001.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-4 years of program management experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- Familiarity with VKB and Wiki
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality framework standards
- Documentation creation and editing experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
- Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and mitigate issues
- Strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

This contract position is expected to be 4 months in duration.
