Program Manager with profound ServiceNow knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Proficient program or project manager with multiple ServiceNow ITSM delivery projects in major complex multinational companies
- Ability to lead and motivate a Team in a challenging IT environment
- Competence of working in an international and multicultural environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with high flexibility and expertise in prioritizing tasks
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing and completing the project in consensus with agreed plans and budgets throughout all phases
- Directing external Service Now and functional/technical teams through all phases of the project
- Collaborating with and reporting to senior IT stakeholders
- Ensure integrity of the product during deployment as well as being accountable for the development of testing and migration strategies
- Administering project risks and issues, and pro-actively starts mitigation actions, ensuring technical integration
