JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manages the creation and delivery of deliverables directly to customers, as well as providing leadership, assistance and advice to customers.
- Responsible for the overall program planning including budget, structure, schedule, and planning staffing requirements with a major emphasis on client business needs.
- Manages customer requirements while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes to deliver an integrated solution.
- Manages resources covering Desktop Break-Fix, Active Directory, Exchange, SMS, SCCM, Security.
- Requires at least 7 years relevant experience.
