Location: Brussel
Function:
* You are fully responsible for initiating, managing, coordinating and administering a modular grid or power socket, where wind farms will be connected to a high-voltage substation located on an offshore platform, which will, in turn, be connected to the onshore grid,
* You will be responsible for all infrastructure from the conceptual design stages through the construction, start-up performance testing and initial operations,
* You define with the internal stakeholders, marketbudgets and schedules as well as staffing for the portfolio,
* You should provide leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performing team,
* You have the overall responsibility for delivering the program within budget and schedule and according to the standards of safety, environment and quality.
Profile:
* You are fluent in English and French or English and Dutch,
* You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing EPC,
* Relevant experience of high-voltage substations/windfarms located on offshore platforms, which will, in turn, be connected to the onshore grid is desirable,
* Project Management experience (PMI/PMP certification or equivalent evidence of successful project delivery),
* Financial and Risk Management experience,
* You are able to Communicate effectively, a competent decision maker, skilled problem solver, a proficient leader and strong organisation skills.
