PROGRAM MANAGER NON TECH RENO, NV 9 MONTH CONTRACT

This is a premium opportunity with a team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end business processes and solutions supporting commercial commerce for Online Services. The candidate in this position will be accountable for global launch of Customer, Partner and Developer experiences through quality project management, testing, readiness, and local deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sets the direction or approach for the delivery of large and/or complex programs, products, services, processes, or technologies with significant risk or benefit to the client, across geos and/or organizational groups.
- Uses established project, program, and process management methodologies, including robust testing frameworks, to achieve clear and measureable outcomes for the business.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion to develop and clarify expectations, scope, and scale to achieve shared objectives and minimize redundancy.
- Demonstrates the use of technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies in the design and delivery of solutions, and to support customer engagements.
- Uses global and local voice of customer metrics to gather feedback, recognizes the impact of solutions, and supports action to mitigate risk and drive improvements.
- Contributes to the global definition of delivery management models and engages in communication across several teams, within one division, geography or region, to reduce complexity and manage risk.
- Accountable for executing daily operational processes and transactions optimally though the agreement to cash cycle that meets Customer, Partner and Developer expectations and meets corporate standards.
- Ensures execution of transactional processes according to accepted procedures for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery.
- Uses judgment, subject matter expertise, and proven methodologies to minimize risk and revenue impact.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manages escalations from Customers, Partners, Field Sellers and internal stakeholders related to business experience processes that evolve from technology platforms and new client and partner product/service offerings.
- Supports monthly close rhythms and requires extended work hours at key critical fiscal close periods.
- Uses metrics to gather feedback, recognizes the impact of solutions, and supports action to mitigate risk.
- Uses an awareness of satisfaction drivers to increase satisfaction and the health of customer experience within an area or organizational group.
- Designs, builds and document the processes that support the agreement to cash cycle.
- Governs the process documentation library by validating standard criteria is met on all processes being deployed into execution and conduct ongoing review of all existing processes to ensure they are meeting business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Exceptional cross-group collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in requirement reviews and identifying needed requirements from a system and process standpoint
