FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and execute programs and campaigns to raise awareness, education and adoption of products and partners
- Develop and refine the partner readiness modules and campaigns with Education Services.
- Build, grow and maintain a strong and active partner community on the external network working with the teams to support partners learning and best practices to ensure successful delivery of Enterprise Social customer projects.
- Manage specific work streams and ensuring success of key deliverables and milestones.
- Working with various teams across multiple teams to ensure that program and campaigns align with business strategies and ensure that the content is appropriate and relevant.
- Establish regular communication regarding work stream status to internal stakeholders and manage partner communication updates.
- Be able to work independently, with guidance and support, to manage time across multiple priorities and deliver against agreed commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills,
- 5+ years of marketing planning and execution, program management and launching a new partner program
- Experience of working with partners in particular System Integrators.
- Demonstrate initiative, success in leading complex projects and a willingness to roll their sleeves to make things happen.
- Organizational agility and cross-group collaboration
- Minimum of 8 years of program management experience, Master's degree required.
- Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred.
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
- The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
- Must have excellent communication skills to all levels (including Executive level), experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
