Very good knowledge of outsourcing contracts Multi Service Line
Experience in a project of Transition/Transformation in International environment involving a large number of players
Task: Transformation of the existing contract in a new global delivery model:
Service desk
Workplace services
Server services
Network Management
On site support
Global Service Management
ITSM tool & ITIL Process
Language: Fluency in French and English
Location: Nice, France
Start: 10.2012
Duration: 12 Month
Workload: Fulltime
