Program Manager (m/f) Sealing Materials

Currently we are looking for a Program Manager (m/f) for Sealing Materials.

Your tasks include:
+ Responsible for guaranteeing the product definition conform to customer needs and also its optimization
+ Responsible to schedule and to coordinate necessary actions for the project
+ Responsible to optimize production costs / investments for his parts and to manage the project expenses (R&D, Industrialisation, Investments, Tooling and start up costs)
+ Responsible to coordinate DFMEA, Process FMEA, Product & System Validation Plan and to launch the necessary fixtures
+ Responsible to ensure development parts supply and prototype and serial tooling ordering
+ Responsible to identify and manage the QCTPP risks during all the development period
+ Responsible to coordinate the transfer from the development to the production site
+ Responsible to present the project during project reviews to the upper management
+ Responsible to centralize all project information and documents in the customer platform.

+ 5-7 years project management experience in the automotive industry
+ Knowledgeable in product design (door systems and weatherstrips) and development and in the manufacturing process
+ Knowledgeable in automotive body engineering, dynamic sealing materials, sealing performance requirements and design requirements
+ Basic understanding of CAD design and descriptive geometry
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work effectively cross functionally and cross-culturally
+ Fluent in English and German language
