Program Manager Localization

We have an opportunity for a Program Manager to contribute to the release of various international Mobile Phone related websites. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to play an important role for the current and next releases of phone websites into 50+ languages. This position requires solid project management skills and a deep understanding of localization product cycle, globalization, marketization, and localization concepts. It also requires specific communication skills to deal with different types of roles in the org, which require assertiveness and sometimes unpopular decision making.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive communication with subsidiaries
- Coordinate subsidiaries review of localized pages
- Maintain Product Studio for subsidiaries and monitoring/triaging bugs created by them
- Product Studio bug analysis
- Create, maintain and update SharePoint site dedicated to subsidiaries
- Create schedules for subsidiaries review in collaboration with Loc PM team
- Create reporting in Excel using market data
- Point of contact for terminology related questions and process
- Create reports in Excel around localized customer feedback
- Work directly with Localization suppliers to report and implement linguistic customer feedback and bugs
- Manage multiple tasks and projects in efficient and effective manners.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 3 years of experience in software localization
- Experience in international site management a plus
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
- Sound knowledge of the software development process and cycle
- Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills
- Knowledge of the localization process and marketization process
- Excellent process improvement and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and pivot tables creation
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of Product Studio
- Knowledge of latest version of Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and Project
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

The position is available immediately and it's long term. Initial contract until June with probability of extension. Position is 100% on-site.
