THE BIG PICTURE:
- PLATFORM TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM project to replace the EXISTING LIFE & ANNUITY PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM WITH A NEW VENDOR SYSTEM involves business readiness, data conversion and system integration
TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- 3+ YEARS OF LIFE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
- Vendor Management expertise.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Oversee and manage a Matrix delivery team for end-to-end delivery of capabilities within the platform transformation program across all functional groups (eg business, technology, corporate core, vendors).
- Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of the platform transformation program ($25 MM - $30MM)
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3+ YEARS OF LIFE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of Full time experience MANAGING THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF HIGHLY COMPLEX PROGRAMS AND/OR PROJECTS OF VARYING LEVELS OF RISK.
- Data Conversion experience or System Integration experience or Business Readiness Experience
- Vendor Management expertise.
