For a 6 months project at our client's site, an international Business Service partner based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
PROGRAM MANAGER - LEARNING SERVICES (4213)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- EXPERIENCE IN LEARNING INDUSTRY, PROVIDING EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS
- EXPERIENCE IN PROGRAM MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE LEARNING INDUSTRY, TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY OR COMPARABLE INDUSTRY
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCEPTS AND IMPLEMENTATION TECHNIQUES
- Proven record of providing superior customer service to individuals and organizations
- Demonstrated ability to develop team members through coaching and mentoring
- Ability to demonstrate effective decision making techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles within a Learning industry.
- PMI Certification recommended
- Fluent in English, German would be an asset
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a full project life cycle for multiple customer projects with a value greater than $1M each
- Manage the program profitability targets, delivery of program on time and on budget, program resources (including forecasting), customer satisfaction, billing preparation, and status reporting
- Manage customer, account team, and project manager expectations and facilitate customer, account team, and project team interactions building effective customer relationships to establish successful program management
- Manage, coach, train, staff and evaluate teams consisting of varying sizes and position levels, providing effective and structured timely feedback
- Work with the Sales/Account Team Members to identify, scope and develop, value-recognized learning solutions
