PROGRAM MANAGER JUNIOR WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Higher university degree or at least 2+ years of relevant working experience
- 5+ years of working experience in managing interactive, design, or creative projects
- Relevant design tool (Sketch) experience as well as graphic formats and user interface technologies
- Strong background in project management software coupled with spreadsheet software
- Good multi-tasker with an ability to analyse opportunities, define successful approaches in addition to taking initiative when solving problems
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Acting between UX, Engineering, and Product Management teams, connecting the teams and making sure inter-dependencies are understood and prepared
- Establishing an inclusive forum for project planning regularly
- Taking care of team needs regarding process, tools, documentation and asset management, driving required changes to secure that designers are able to work efficiently
- Providing good communication to different team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues
