PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Defines program scope and objectives, Oversees/coordinates all aspects of program and serves as program manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the program including end users, computer services, and client services
- Plans and directs schedules as well as program budgets
- Monitors the product/program/program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters
- Assesses program issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports
- Conducts program meetings and is responsible for program deliverables
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- May provide technical/analytical guidance to program team
- Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems
- Work with the internal business stakeholders in documenting the application requirements end to end
- Create/manage standard program documentations
- Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of a systems program or program involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a computer-based system from the design through a finished state for internal/external customers

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing validated projects from original concept through final implementation within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry
- Work with Global Drug Safety Business Unit in managing ARISg and its related sub systems
- Manage Global Programs with Multi Site and Multi Stake Holder Environments
