WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROGRAM MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE) FOR AN URGENT OPENING WITH ONE OF OUR ESTEEMED CLIENTS.
JOB TITLE: PROGRAM MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE)
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
LOCATION: MOLNDAL, SWEDEN
IMP: WE NEED SWEDISH NATIVES ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE A PHARMA PM BACKGROUND OR HAVE WORKED WITH AZ EARLIER
A program manager has a high-level of job responsibility and serves as a mediator between executives and numerous staff members employed as part of his or her specific area. People in this role are in charge of planning, implementing and executing specific company goals or policies. The post is also commonly referred to as a program manager
Duties associated with this position involve monitoring associated budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing the programme' s team members. Other duties include issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to work independently, and ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities to bring tasks to successful closure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Excellent Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and datacenters.
