Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Senior Program/Project Manager who has organization transformation experience in IT environment.
SENIOR PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER - HR TRANSFORMATION
Responsibilities:
Lead an organizational change globally on a large scale (3000 people) preferably in an IT environment.
Experience in coordinating across countries and regions working with change teams
Design, lead, implement and manage the entire program
Must have:
HR transformational experience
Experience in managing very large, complex and global environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus
