Program Manager HR/Outsourcing

Program Manager HR wanted for our Zurich based client in the bank sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Knowledge of best practices regarding outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, compensation, benefits as well as terms and conditions related to employment contracts
- Expertise in project management as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
- Experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
- Very good proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as HR technologies
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Managing interfaces to the various stakeholders like credit officer, credit analytics, front organization, trading and audit with exposure to senior management
- Leading the project and being responsible for stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
- Fulfilling responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a business perspective and in partnership with IT as well as leading the strategic IT discussion
- Managing special HR projects as part of international group IT Human Capital work streams, for instance strategic workforce planning
- Supervising the project throughout all impacted areas
