Projektbeschreibung
The PM is fully responsible for initiating, managing, coordinating and administering a 'modular grid' or 'power socket', where wind farms will be connected to a high-voltage substation located on an offshore platform, which will, in turn, be connected to the onshore grid.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for all infrastructure from the conceptual design stages through the construction, start-up performance testing and initial operations.
In essence the PM defines with the internal stakeholders, market & systems, procurement, public acceptance and external relations, the essential strategy and follow up.
The PM will work closely with the PMO Manager (Portfoliobudgets and schedules as well as staffing for the portfolio.
The PM should provide leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performing team.
The PM has the overall responsibility for delivering the program within budget and schedule and according to the standards of safety, environment and quality.
The suitable candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing EPC (Engineering, Purchasing, and Construction) projects / programs.
In particular, relevant experience of high-voltage substations/windfarms located on offshore platforms, which will, in turn, be connected to the onshore grid is desirable.
Other skills which are critical include: Project Management experience (PMI/PMP certification or equivalent evidence of successful project delivery), Financial Management experience, Risk Management experience, the ability to Communicate effectively, being a competent Decision maker, skilled Problem solver, a proficient leader and strong Organisation skills.
