Program Manager (Electronics, New Product Launches) Job

PROGRAM MANAGER (NEW PRODUCTS LAUNCHES) needed for a six (6+) months contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in SUNNYVALE, CA

THE BIG PICTURE:

- Consumer Electronics Industry client- new products launch division- Warranty and pricing group.
- Client in need of a Program Manager who can Strategize, Structure and Establish Business Processes around New product launches.
- This role will suit PM's or Sr. Business Analysts coming from a Consumer Electronics Industry, any devices manufacturers industry or Ecommerce related projects.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Aptitude to understand and analyze the current business processes and fix them.
- Ability to able to lead/influence change.
- BUSINESS STRATEGIST, PM SKILLS, NEW RELATIONSHIP BUILDER, NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES EXPERIENCE, DGITIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE, E-COMMERCE .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Program Manager's primary responsibility will be to support the EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM and Lead in the day to day operations in managing the Extended Warranty business and coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete gap analysis in all processes related to EW functions.
- PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER WILL AID IN BUSINESS PROCESSES AFFECTING (OPERATIONS AND STRATEGIES) RELEASE OF NEW PRODUCTS/DEVICES.
- Interact with IT and Finance for special projects.
- Program Manager will analyze the current business process flows and fix them, document end to end processes.
- Manage readiness set-up process for all new devices/variants, help in creating product check list and provide status update suitable for Senior Director level consumption.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Similar projects of industry experience
- Assertive personality
- MS Visio Skills
- Five to ten (5-10) years of progressive Business Analyst experience in similar industry will be helpful
- Knowledge of consumer electronic products/Semiconductor and related reverse logistics processes
