PROGRAM MANAGER - DESKTOP PROGRAM
Program Manager - Desktop Program wanted for our client in Zurich.
THE PROJECT: Drive the desktop program including requirements formalization, engineering delivery and quality phase gates, technology transformation, organizational transformation and end user adaption in the desktop technology space.
YOUR TASKS:
- Defining program deliverables and formalizing acceptance of those requirements and deliverables accordingly
- Administering the overall program plan
- Managing the engineering, product management and operational streams
- Supervising PMO activities including meeting structure and minutes, risks, issues and actions and dependencies management
- Building high-quality desktop services and ensuring the successful transition of those services into a product/solution
- Supporting the end user community and helping customers, suppliers and peers on technical matters related to end user desktop services
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Profound knowledge in technical infrastructure project management and program management
- End user technology project management skills: desktop, collaboration, Lync, voice, email, instant message
- Several years experience in PMO management
- Fluent English both written and spoken
