Program Manager - Credit Risk/Basel III (4578)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PROGRAM MANAGER - CREDIT RISK/BASEL III (4578)

Our client is looking for a strong candidate for a program level position within the Credit Risk testing area.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING REGULATORY PROJECTS, PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES WITH A STRONG CREDIT RISK KNOWHOW WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES
- DETAILLED BUSINESS KNOWLEDE IN CREDIT RISK, IN CREDIT RISK MODELLING AND BASEL III REPORTING
- EXPERIENCED IN TEST MANAGEMENT, LEADING TESTING INITIATIVES, PREFERABLY WITHIN CREDIT RISK SPACE
- Experience and knowledge of industry testing tools (eg TOSCA)
- Broad and detailed knowledge of different testing approaches
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, flexible and adaptablea and able to work in ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral/written), German would be a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for Test Management strategy on program level
- Responsible for integration of Test Management within Program
- Drive testing with multiple applications
- Lead/drive various teams
- Stakeholder Management, across various complex team structures and setups
