Projektbeschreibung
Contract Program Manager required for our International Client based in the Financial Sector. The candidate will have a wealth of experience of working as a Program Manager in a Financial Institution. Working with onshore and offshore teams is highly desirable.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Overall 13+ years of experience in IT, at least more than 4 years of management experience
- Have worked with Banking clients
- Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas
- Engage with project stakeholders.
- Develop Project Plan, Schedule & Execution Control
- Should be apt to work with Onshore and offshore model
- Strong People management exposure
- Monitor and manage the project within budget.
- Should have ability to identify Project risks, issues and raise to right stakeholder
- Strong Problem solving skills with regards to Project Control and Governance
- Handle operational issues with uncanny ability
- Organize, Steer meetings, including minutes are taken and tracked to closure
- Report to the steering committee, raising strategic issues.
- Prepare Project Status Reports and Project Change Requests for the steering committee.
- Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
- Organize and chair project reference group meetings, as appropriate.
- Communicate project status to project sponsor, all team members, and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties
- Maintain project documentation
