Description: Programme Manager with previous banking experience for this long term project.
You must be fluent in French, Dutch and English.
You will support activities such as program/project reporting, planning, budget monitoring, communication, etc.

Business experience required:
- Excellent professional experience in a large IT organization
- Previous banking experience
- Experience in IT/Business relationships
- Experience in demand management
- Experience in development/challenge of business cases
- Proven ability to monitor and manage budget (effectively work and report on notions such as Budget, Actuals, ETCs, EACs
- Strong ability to prepare top management presentations and reporting
Functional experience required:
- Project Management
- Functional Analysis
Objective of the job:
Ensure proper set-up, follow-up and reporting of all components of the Application Development Management Programs.
Act in servicing mode and play a facilitator role to support the successful deployment of the Program.
Manage demand in an industrial way: proper arbitrage of proposed investments
Close cooperation with I&O counterparts involved in the ADM Programs.
Give dedicated and particular attention to Communication aspects (towards key stakeholders) in order to organise and deploy actions enabling the delivery of the ADM Programs.
Organise, with support of the dedicated PMO and in line with requirements, the reporting activities -preparation, validation ...- towards the steerco's (ADM and on Group level).
Monitor and manage budget for the ADM Asset Simplification Program (eg Clarity, Invoicing ...)
