PROGRAM MANAGER - AZURE
Are you a Program Manager with over 10 years prior work experience? Do you have experience managing medium to large projects/programs/Business & IT Transformations? Was this experience gained within the non-profit sector and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO)? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Program Manager to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
YOUR ROLE:
In general:
- Prepare, maintain and monitor the overall Program plan including IT and non-IT workstreams
- Report to the Project lead for program related activities
- Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the vision and the goals of the project
- Work with external vendors (onsite and offshore) overseeing delivery
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In general:
- Prepare, maintain and monitor the overall Program plan including IT and non-IT workstreams
- Report to the Project lead for program related activities
- Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the vision and the goals of the project
- Work with external vendors (onsite and offshore) overseeing delivery
Specifically:
- Program Management
- Scope Management
- Cost Management
- Risk Management
- Quality Management
- Communications Management
TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S NECESSARY THAT YOU HAVE:
- 10+ work experience
- Experience in managing medium to large projects/programs/Business & IT Transformations
- Experience in non-profit sector would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of project management tool like MS projects/Smartsheet
- Accreditation in a recognized project management methodology such as PMI
- Experience in dynamic and fast-changing environment with senior stakeholders, diverse cultures and multiple agendas.
- Experience in delivering quality user experience (UX) solutions.
- Experience in system integration and data exchange between cloud platforms.
- Experience in IT projects within Cloud and Azure infrastructure
- FLUENCY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND FRENCH
