Program Manager/Analyst Job

PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a six (6+) months CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Sunnyvale, CA

THE BIG PICTURE:

- Consumer Electronics Industry client- new products launch division- Warranty and pricing group
- Client in need of a Program Manager who can Strategize, STRUCTURE AND ESTABLISH BUSINESS PROCESSES around New product launches
- This role will suit PM's or Sr Business Analysts coming from a Consumer Electronics Industry or Semi-conductor industry.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Aptitude to understand and analyze the current business processes and fix tem.
- Ability to able to lead/influence change
- Reporting skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Program Manager (or very senior Business analyst)'s primary responsibility will to support the EW Program Lead in the day to day operations in managing the Extended Warranty business and coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete GAP ANALYSIS IN ALL PROCESSES RELATED TO EW FUNCTIONS
- Program Manager (or very senior Business analyst will aid in business processes affecting (OPERATIONS AND STRATEGIES) RELEASE OF NEW PRODUCTS/DEVICES
- Interact with IT and Finance for special projects
- Program Manager (or very senior Business analyst will analyze the CURRENT BUSINESS PROCESS FLOWS AND FIX THEM
- Document end to end processes
- Program Manager (or very senior Business analyst will manage readiness set-up process for all new devices/variants
- HELP IN CREATING PRODUCT CHECK LIST
- Provide status update suitable for Senior Director level consumption

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Similar projects of industry experience
- Assertive personality
- MS Visio Skills
- Five to ten (5-10) years of progressive Business Analyst experience in similar industry will be helpful
- Knowledge of consumer electronic products/Semi conductor and related reverse logistics processes
