PROJECT:
-Solution Integration & Services (SIS) is a critical contributor and enabler of Clinet's divisional aspiration to realize the connected core lab, and to provide integrated diagnostics information anywhere, anytime.
-For the program "Workflow Transportation", we are looking for an experienced Program Manager. You have the opportunity to join this multinational initiative and team, managing and leading the continuous improvement of our current key workflow lab automation systems CCM and cobas 8100.
-In this role you will be collaborating with the Program Leader and several Project Leaders and assume delegated tasks from them. Furthermore, you will be given the responsibility for the program office set up (eg project start form, scope management, program handbook, etc.), as well as the project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closure.
-This is an excellent opportunity to support and manage a complex environment by successfully applying your Project Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management skills.

Further tasks involve:
-Set-up of program office.
-Lateral lead of 2 project managers within the program.
-Ensure harmonized usage of PPM processes and templates.
-Program planning, tracking, reporting.
-Manage knowledge sharing between project teams.
-Enableown version management and release of changes: Program planning, tracking, reporting.
-Guide and manage preparation for program and project milestone reviews.
-Manages the preparation of the consolidated program status reports.
-Create and maintain integrated program-, resource- and budget plans.
-Tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines and budgets for entire program and functions within an area or program.
-Define and implement harmonized, measures, reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Manages and harmonizes program information to support project teams and the program leader and decision making.
-Handling of program meetings (organizes program meetings, sets agenda, edits and distributes minutes).
-In the absence of the Program Leader, able to run program team meetings.
-Manages knowledge sharing between project teams to enhance program effectiveness.
-Cultivates extensive internal and external contacts with users and partner companies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Several years of project management experience in the diagnostic environment, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab diagnostics.
-Prior project management experience in Agile SW development environment would be a valuable asset.
-Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences or comparable vocational training or further education.
-Strong experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, MS Project & MS Visio,
-Interest in the diagnostics sector and products.
-Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
-English fluent

Nice to have:
-Project management certification (eg IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2).
-Fluency in German - spoken and written.
-VBA for Excel & SQL would be an additional asset.
