Program Manager

Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Program manager to work in Nijmegen, Netherlands on a 6 Month Contract.

Salary: €400 - 420 per day

Start Date: ImmediateSkills and Qualifications

- Good experience in managing projects involving Data Centre Build's and infrastructure migrations.
- Should possess basis knowledge of Data Centre technologies (Network, Security, Compute & Storage)
- Determine business requirements, identify migration strategies, negotiate schedules and provide on-going coordination
- Drive meetings with Architects & SMEs: Architects and Leads to seek input from and review migration methodology, resource requirements, timeline and constraints
- Discuss and understand application dependencies and third party dependencies for application migration.
- Capture risks and issues status.
- Handle war room during and post migrations
- Prepare detailed work task list for migration cutover window
- Coordinate closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of migrations on time with zero defects
- Work with team to develop application, Infra to server mapping and group them into logical migration move groups
- Good Customer handling skills
- Oversee and drive Value Adds and Continual Service Improvement Plan
- Coach & mentor Team leads
- To be the Key contact for all problems and queries for all operations related issues
- ITIL certification preferred Handle customer escalations and fix the problems with appropriate solutions on day to day operations
