About the Role:

1. DC Migration Projects: - DC Build and migrations involving business critical environment. Datacenter professional with Build, migration experience.
2. European National mandatory

Job Description:

1. Experienced project and Transition Manager with preferable knowledge of best-of-breed project management methodologies
2. Experience in running projects in an R&D environment, together with high-demanding end-users.
3. Experience in running projects in large Data Center environments (VDI, storage, compute, network, High Availability, Disaster Recovery design)
4. Basic knowledge of the tools and environment used by semiconductor design teams (eg lay-out and verification tools, Linux/Unix,
5. Excel in managing a combination of local and remote engineers and architects to complete the project activities.
6. Responsible for achieving project objectives related to scope of responsibility, including preparing and completing action plans, implementing the agreed stages of the project along with the technical teams, Oversees the day-to-day activities of DC Build and migration project.
7. Able to plan the activities for the transition towards a new design infrastructure of the R&D and Generic Enterprise IT with strict security compliance.

a. Coordinate pilot activities with key contacts from the design teams and other business stakeholders.
b. Coordinate that GAPs identified during the UAT are solved according to the needs of the design teams and in alignment with the IT Architects and Project management team.
c. Coordinate the migration towards the new design infrastructure team by team/project by project within the overall project milestones and align this migration planning.

8. Able to deliver the planned objectives within the agreed time frame.

1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
2. To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management
3. To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
4. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/Reopen Cases
5. Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives
6. To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
