Program Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education as well as certification in PMI or PMP
- 10+ years of working experience as a program manager along with proficiency in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
- Profound knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Excellent knowledge of computer software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Leadership and mentoring skills in order to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing projects, preparing detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities as well as accustoming and explaining proposals, reports and findings to clients
- Hiring employees, assigning, administrating, and evaluating their work, and overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Evaluating technology, resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
- Consulting with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures as well as reviewing and endorsing or applauding contracts and cost estimates
- Managing, analysing and approving product designs and changes as well as accessing or negotiating with clients to prepare project specifications
