Program Manager

Program Manager IT wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your tasks:

- Performing program management tasks including project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Providing stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information related to the program status
- Managing a team of experienced Project Managers, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identifying and managing senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication
- Ensuring compliance with SDLC principles, standards and regulations
- Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation

Your experience/skills:

- Minimum 8 years´ proven track record as a program manager, preferably in big Matrix organizations/the banking sector
- Solid knowledge of SDLC principles/standards as well as reporting on launch and monitoring of project deliverables
- Profound knowledge of the Change Management Process and E2E Delivery (scope, time, budget)
- Result and content orientation, pragmatism and good social skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
