PROGRAM MANAGER

* As a Project/Program Manager, work with the project leads and development teams to establish overall project scope, create user stories and functional specifications, manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in daily scrums and meta-scrums, and validate delivered software.

* Be well versed with both the Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

* Work with development teams to track schedule against the roadmap, track daily actions, host status calls, record and distribute meeting minutes and escalate risks and issues.

* Manage software bug review meetings and bug burn-down exercises.

* Maintain communication with project stakeholders, internal leadership and external partners/vendors.

* Coordinate across multiple development teams as needed.

* Serve as conduit between Comcast vendors, contractors, internal teams and internal clients in terms of requirements and design considerations

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong technical project/program management experience with a focus on Agile.
* Understanding of and experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including functional and technical specifications, implementation, QA processes, deployment and maintenance.
* 5+ years experience in project management in a software development environment - including proven track record of delivering project deliverables that participate in a complex multifaceted system
* Proven track record of collaboration with product owners and translation of product requirements in to technical requirements
* Experience with common cable technology standards as well as common video hardware and software solutions (OCAP, DLNA, MoCA, Set-top Boxes, cable HFC plant, CMs, etc.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
