JOB TITLE: PROGRAM MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
THE RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Strong program Management experience
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS - LANGUAGE TO KNOW - ENGLISH, FLEMISH AND DUTCH
Must have handle large teams supporting Level 1, 2 and Level 3 support teams, preferably with offshore component OR distributed teams
Must have proven delivery track record with successful management of large programs driven based on metrics and pre-stated SLAs
UNDERSTANDING OF INSURANCE DOMAIN PREFERRED
Will be responsible for managing the customer expectations
Should be able to liaise with various divisions of the customers with a requirement to expand HCL's business footprint.
