Experienced Programme Manager, with prior exposure to managing ICT Operations, is now required to join my client in Switzerland

Job Description
To be responsible for overseeing all activities of a particular program and its operations; and to monitor and report on progress of the program from its launch to finish
To manage the overall program schedule, budget and scope of the program
To provide strategic direction and coordination to the team for continuous progress of the program and issue tracking
To efficiently manage escalations, risks, changes and program closure.
To liaison with Executive/Senior Management of the client company.
To manage vendor contracts and relationships.
To drive the initial Program Kick-off; and to create and systematically maintain Master Project Plan

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day ICT operations within the Refugee Systems ecosystem, including incident, problem, service request, and asset management.
Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues not resolved within established timeframes.
Remain constantly aware of unresolved issues and actively engaged in or leading the resolution and provide accurate and timely updates.
Lead "return to green" activities for prolonged issues.
Plan, coordinate and execute change, release and deployment management to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used.
Maintain solid understanding of ICT infrastructure, service environment, contracts, policies, instructions, guidelines, procedures.
Cultivate good working relationship with stakeholders, internal ICT teams and external suppliers.
Prepare operational service delivery reports and participate in regular operational review meetings.
Provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Service restored within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Changes to system or service are made without disruption.
Stakeholders are constantly informed.
Billing/invoicing is accurate and within budget.
Communicate and escalate as appropriate.
Prioritize service restoration activities.
Request information from internal and external parties, as appropriate.
Suggest appropriate KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring the quality of service delivery.
Report failure to follow policies, instructions, guidelines and contract terms or meet service level agreements.

Work Experience
ICT background with recent experience in a relevant function.
Experience implementing and supporting ITIL processes.
