PROGRAM MANAGER HILLSBORO, OR 5 MONTH CONTRACT

Candidate is expected to communicate with both highly technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders, with strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Technology background, especially in a boards and systems environment with a deep understanding of software development is needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Lead and drive internal cross functional teams to meet program deliverables and quality criteria according to program milestones.
- Manage and track architecture and supplier schedules, technical issues, risks and priorities.
- Manage day to day activities with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Perform risk assessment and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Integrate supplier schedules and deliverables into project plan.

Additional requirements:

- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional software projects
- Ability to roll up sleeves and operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time guiding a team toward an objective
- Strong judgment, especially relevant in balancing long term strategic investments with near term business goals
