Program Manager

Redline and review drawings for new sites. Conduct site walks as required to aid in the design of sites. Track Pre-93/NTP Construction preparations to ensure Civil Construction Vendors are ready to start Construction as soon as entitlements are completed. For example, Utility Engineering, Equipment and Material Ordering, Long Lead Item ordering. Maintain a precise tracker and provide weekly status reports on projects assigned. Track down standards and specifications with Regional and National teams and maintain the local repository. Become a resource for local new site construction team to answer questions and provide feedback on construction and design challenges with both civil construction and radio equipment configurations, including Plumbing Diagrams. Work closely with Q/A and Close-out Teams to better understand how to implement design changes to avoid punch list failures. Address Cal/OSHA issues when required as it relates to site design. Work with multiple third party teams and vendors to achieve site design standardization and solutions.

EDUCATION:
Degrees related to Construction Management, civil engineering, or structural engineering preferred.
