Program Manager

Title: Program Manager
Type: Contract- 6 months
Location: Mountain View, CA 94043

Our client is looking for a talented professional who can help support New Product Readiness projects. You will be responsible for assisting with getting products, accessories, and services ready for launch. You will work directly with the Android NPR team, plus several other cross functional groups, including engineering, legal, marketing, localization, PR, and customer service to ensure that all aspects are ready for launch in a timely and quality manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the launch of new products, accessories, and services on the Google Play store through detailed project management tools and communications
- Work directly with the broader x-functional team to ensure timely and quality delivery of components required for launches
- Assist with bug filing and tracking to manage launch blocking areas to bring to closure and launch readiness as quickly as possible
- Provide input on key business decisions associated with launch related issues to the broader team

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: New Product Readiness, New Product Introduction; Program Management; Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service Experience in project or program management with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing operational and deployment processes
- Background in hardware operations preferred Background in launching products internationally preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
