JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lead Program Manager Partner will lead and drive key sales related projects supporting providers. He/She mentors junior team members. The nature of impact is through direct impact by ensuring the quality of the task/services/information provided by self and others and area of impact is primarily on own team
- Lead, manage and facilitate completion of projects for Retail Finance Operations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate defects, improve customer satisfaction and reduce overall costs.
- Develop cross-functional relationships in order to identify and support operational enhancements.
- Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop and execute project plans that include major milestones, critical risk indicators, measures of success and contingencies.
- Balance scope, schedule, business constraints, client limitations and risk.
- Follow project change control process to make project adjustments as necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Uses judgment based on the analysis of information.
- Information exchange requiring tact and diplomacy is a significant feature of the job.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a financial services, operations or customer service setting or High School/GED diploma or a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a financial service, collection, operations or customer service setting.
- Position requires: Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and a basic knowledge of these elements in other disciplines.
- Basic understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function.

- Experience in Conversion Technologies and Processes.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in applying process rigor.
- Experience driving major technical decisions and overseeing/coordinating large solution development based on specified functional and nonfunctional business requirements.
- Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or comparable software applications such as Visio, Project.
- Change management, facilitation and/or transition experience.
- Ability to effectively lead cross functional teams.
- Experience with E-commerce and call center technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of FDR systems.
