Program Manager

Our client is the world's most recognizable software brand seeking a solid Program Manager for an excellent contract opportunity.

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:

- Highly proactive and able to make decisions independently with a minimum of supervision
- Previous experience engaging with Executive Offices, Legal, Business Groups and Industry teams.
- Experience facilitating executive discussions and meetings.
- Ability to manage interpersonal and professional relationships to successfully work with and influence others.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Must be able to execute while dealing with ambiguity to support process evolution.
- Experience within high volume workload balance and prioritization.
- Familiarity with client business strategies and corporate culture.
- Proficient business acumen skills and experience working with Director, GM, elected government officials, press members, high level VIPs and CxO level audiences.
- Strong understanding of standard enterprise organizational roles and software needs (ie fundamental enterprise software selling skills).
- Passion for technology.
- Passion for personal interaction with cross-cultural audience.
- Customer service and support experience.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note) and communication tools (Lync).
- Ability to use software and technology terminology in order to appropriately support briefing execution, program reporting and edit briefing summaries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with high level public policy agenda.
- Understanding of government organizational structures in order to appropriately support briefing execution, program reporting and edit briefing summaries.
- Understanding of cross cultural needs in order to advise support teams of special cultural requirements to ensure visitors are comfortable.
- Above all, must keep a consistent, congenial, professional and solutions-based attitude at all times especially in stressful short execution timeline situations and be able to leveraging virtual teams in a collaborative manner to drive results.
