We are seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER to successfully manage a complex agency wide systems integration program to support the Client's Business Transformation Program.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Manage the agency wide systems integration program to support the broader Business Transformation Program;
- Lead and manage the establishment of the Program, through to the successful delivery of the new capability;
- Develop and maintain accurate budget and delivery model constructs control for program modelling and scheduling;
- Manage and report on budgets, monthly, yearly at all levels of the Program;
- Represent the Program at Governance Boards, Deployment and other nominated meetings;
- Plan and establish and the necessary projects to deliver Program identified outcomes and business benefits across divisional areas;
- Establish and run project management meetings across divisional areas;
- Develop infrastructure and technology overlay in accordance with agreed plan;
- Establish and manage effective Change Management and Business Realisation mechanisms across divisional areas; and
- Establish and report on agreed performance indicators within the established governance framework.

The contract is scheduled to commence 1 MAY 2013 UNTIL 30 JUNE 2013. You must be an Australian citizen and commencement of work will be dependent on a satisfactory police check which will be initiated by the client upon selection. A NV1 (SECRET) security clearance will be initiated and processed after the successful candidate has commenced work.
