Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Works with RF Engineers to coordinate RSSI and CQI improvement with Mobility Operations Team in Northern California.
- Interfaces with the RF Engineering and Operations teams to schedule and track High RSSI (external interference hunting) and PIM testing and repair.
- Dispatches and schedules vendors to complete this work. Scheduling may include looking up data in an on-line database (CTS) and working with Operations Managers to get access to the necessary equipment.
- Tracks work in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Communicates all progress through emails. There may be handoffs between the Program Manager and the RF Engineering teams for responsibility throughout the process.
- Manages the validation of vendor invoices by verifying the time spent at each site for payment. The Program Manager will have to work with the vendor to resolve any discrepancies that appear in an invoice.

SKILLS

Expertise in MS Office and Project Management required. Knowledge of the following desired: Ericsson OSS, Ericsson Radio System, and RSSI/PIM.
