Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage projects that are to lease and zone new cell sites for LA market.
- Monitor, track, and provide status on projects to lease, zone, and permit new cell sites.
- Attend vendor status meetings, site walks with RF team, and design review meetings.
- Ensure that each project has purchase orders and will review requests for funding for each project.
- Update and maintain tracker with current status for each project weekly.
- Interact with RF team, finance team, external affairs, and legal team to resolve all issues for projects.
- Attend off-site meetings with vendors for status, drawing review, and site walks with RF

SKILLS

This position requires 5 years of experience working in the wireless cell site deployment/modification arena. The candidate must have experience managing site acquisition vendors in procuring leases and permits for antenna cell site locations, preferably in the greater Los Angeles Area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, be able to work on scheduling and reporting, have an understanding of capital budget management, have familiarity with FAA/FCC and EH&S compliance requirements related to antenna cell sites, have strong data management skills, and be able to read and understand architectural drawings. The candidate must also have strong computer skills and a mastery of MS Excel and PowerPoint. PM will need in-depth knowledge of site acquisition in Los Angeles market, including zoning requirements, permitting challenges, and lease negotiations. PMP certification required.
