PROGRAM MANAGER

Link Technologies is seeking a qualified Program Manager for a contract position in Las Vegas, NV. The Partner Program Manager is responsible for managing the communication and partnership with Third Party Partners for the Oasis 360 Product Line(s). As a key member of the Systems Sales and Marketing team, the Partner Program Manager works closely with the systems divisions (Marketing, Sales, Design and Development) to ensure that the third party providers are able to offer value added products and services that compliment Client's products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EXTERNAL FOCUS:

- Remain engaged in gaming trends and technology in order to ensure current and potential customer and regulatory needs are well understood.
- Participate in Industry Trade Shows and Gaming Forums in order to evaluate competitor products and Third Party Product offerings in order to determine the Industry Best of Breed.
- Interface with Client's customers to fully understand needs and wants that will enhance Client's interfaces that are used by the Third Party partners.
- Evaluate, recommend, establish and cultivate strategic alliances with third party companies that will add value to Client's overall Product suite.
- Partner and build marketing collateral that will promote Client's Partner Program and product offerings.
- Partner with Third Party Partners to develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and Sales programs.
- Manage the full product life cycle for Client's Third Party interfaces.
- Follow and incorporate future Gaming Standards Associations (GSA) protocols into product offerings.
- Contribute directly or by association to the evaluation of tasks within the Third Party Partner companies to ensure that target deliverables and schedules are achievable.

INTERNAL FOCUS:

- Collaborate with Product Management and System's D&D department to ensure all Market and Product requirements are sufficiently understood.
- Contribute directly and/or in cooperation with other Client departments to the development of effective environments and infrastructures necessary to support initial deployment and through life support of Client and Third Party Partner products.
- Monitor and analyze the quality and progress of Client and Third Party Partner programs to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Escalate any risks and concerns to product deliverables so that appropriate actions can be taken.
- Other duties as assigned

MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS/TEAM LEADERS MUST:

- Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors and contractors within their area of control.
- Ensure all relevant sections of the Health and Safety Management plan are implemented and understood.
- Ensure accident/incident investigations are conducted to determine their causes and take appropriate corrective action as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislative requirements.

EDUCATION:

- Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or its equivalent.
- Experience: Requires five or more years of experience in Casino Management systems and their application.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.
- Adept at quickly picking up new processes and understand the value add to the product line.
- Required to be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.

This position provides direction and assistance to less experienced peers with Client and at Third Party Partners.

Independent judgment and decision making is required to ensure that inclusions in Third Party Partner's products and projects contribute positively to Client's System Strategies.
