PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICER/PMO/SENIOR PMO ANALYST - DCC/DATA CENTER CONSOLIDATION

MAIN TASKS:

- Act as a key pillar of the Global program organisation and support its overall aims
- Deputise the Global Program Director to support the global program
- Track and control the implementation of Regional Programs and Local Projects
- Prepare and manage the Steering Committee activities and project reporting
- Support the Regional Program Managers by adding value to their initiatives
- Document the program effectively to ensure compliance with internal audit
- Report the progress in relation to the business case proposed to ITCG
- Define and track the value creation in the program
- Ensure the quality assurance of the regional programs and local projects
- Create a communications plan to effectively engage our stakeholders
- Ensure appropriate project methods and processes are developed and agreed with the Program Director, Program Managers and Project Managers
- Support both program and project-level activity
- Act as a sounding board and sparring partner for the project organisation
- Identify and escalate program and project issues in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritise activities and manage conflicts
- Ability to plan and identify potential constraints/risks for proposed projects
- Co-ordinate with IT Service Management, IT Security,Group Legal, Internal audit and other teams during various stages of the project to ensure overall compliance
- Accountability and responsibility for well defined program elements in accordance with the agreed goals and objectives defined in the program plan

EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive experience in managing large projects or programs
- Excellent understanding and qualification in Project Management and program Management methodology
- Practiced in initiating and maintaining effective working relationships with senior executives both within the business and IT.
- Significant experience of leading and motivating successful teams
- Good understanding of Infrastructure and impacts of platform changes
- Strong Experience in the management of IT Suppliers
- Experience in successfully managing projects through an offshore-onsite delivery model in a multicultural environment
- Experienced in dealing with regional stakeholders from different continents
- Experience in change and transformation management
- Experience in communication management
- Experience in people management and successfully demonstrated sensitivity and commitment to business issues and problems.
