INTRODUCTION

Be the independent, trustworthy and opinionated co-pilot of the Project Cluster Manager and part of the Cluster Team. Be the direct report of the Product PMO team lead, and dedicated team member of the PMO NL & US team of Program, Product, Integration and Cluster PMO in the business line EUV. A highly skilled, motivated and objective program management officer, enabling best in class project and portfolio management and drive its execution into our clients culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Drive effective cross-sector decision making at all levels in the business line by providing adequate and quality business information
- Raise PM maturity in the business line organization by driving effective and agile project management in the Cluster team and coaching project leads in PMM
- Drive adherence to PGP and challenging on Cluster and project Triple Constraint management
- Drive cross-business line and sector collaboration to enable effective Product strategy execution
- Identify and discuss problems or opportunities for improvement and change in the Cluster team
- Select and hire the (internal or external) specialist to add value with the best or next practice methodology
- Lead all organizational architecture, process improvement and change projects in the Cluster team
- Participate and contribute to development and implementation of policies, year plan and practices, contribute to the development of strategy in the business line PMO team
- Participate and contribute to execution of corporate guidelines, (business)plans and strategy, in order to ensure the realization of (strategic) objectives of the business line PMO team
- Create, drive and continuously improve a learning environment.

EDUCATION

Technical masters, certifications of Prince2, IMPA C, Agile/Scrum master, Agile/Product Owner, Lean Practitioner, Organizational Architecture

EXPERIENCE

5-10 years of experience within an international and complex environment as a project manager, project consultant, or similar.

PERSONAL SKILLS

Facing forward, balancing the here-and-now (operational), with mid-long term (tactical) and long term (strategic) view, overseeing the whole, entrepreneurial mind-set, candid debater, sound judgment (common sense), strong communicator on all levels, willing to do what it takes to get the job done, empathy, practicing learning agility, driving high quality connections on all levels, flexible and able to handle changing priorities.
